Breakfast
Pancake - this is one of the easy meal for breakfast, healthy as well, so this will be right for someone whose always in a hurry. Here's an easy way to create one:
* a cup of whole wheat flour
* baking powder
* salt
* milk or soymilk
* oil
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Bake on hot griddle or frying pan with the butter or an ordinary oil. Makes 8 four inch pancakes. Can be easily doubled or tripled. Try adding some sweetener like honey or any additives that suites your taste.
Lunch
Lunch is the most appropriate time to eat heavy meal than any time of the day. You need more energy to spend with any activities you have for the day. Here's a recipe for a healthy fried rice that can satisfied your tummy ^^...* eggs
* garlic and onion
* vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, mushroom, baby corn)
* cooked rice
* chili sauce
Saute the garlic and onion and the vegetables of your choice in an oil. If all were already cooked, mix soy sauce and chili sauce together and then stir through rice mixture. Serve the sliced egg roll.
