Who would say no with dessert? Dessert is usually serve after every meal, its something that you waited for after the end of the snacks. Filipinos have their own native dessert that you'll surely enjoy, let me introduce to you some of their native delicacies:
Palitaw
This is one of the Filipino common dessert, a small, flat sweet rice cake that is made from malagkit(a sticky rice), grated coconut, sugar and sesame seeds. This is so easy to make. First, you need to create a little balls from the malagkit then flatten it. Drop it in a boiling water, when it floats its already cook. Remove from water and roll it with sugar, serve with grated coconut and sesame seeds on top.Ginataan/Bilo Bilo
Polvoron
Turon
Turon, another native desserts of the Filipinos. Turon is primarily made of banana that is wrap with a lumpia wrapper and dipped with brown sugar. You can also add a langka together with the banana to make it more sweet.Halo Halo
