Month of December, is a month of party, get together, reunion, and any family gathering. Its the time of reconciliation and time to keep in touch with relatives. We used to have this kind of family assembly before the year ends (December!).All were very busy before this month comes, planning for the venue, for the theme of the party, and of course the preparation for foods. This is the challenging part, it was very hard to decide of what to prepare for any occasion. You must be sure that everyone would definitely love the dishes that you'll going to make.
I was only young then, when our family was incharge to prepare for the upcoming reunion...we only have 2 weeks to do all the preparation, and it was really hard to know were to start...Were just lucky that a friend of my sister known someone who work in an exclusive hotel that offer us an affordable rate for the party venue. They also offer us their personal caterer that provide us their culinary expertise and service. All ends well and our reunion becomes successful and memorable ^^,.
