Road Trip Snacks








Are you fond of traveling and love snacking while on the trip? Its a good way to prevent you from being bored though you should also assure that your snacks is still healthy and good for your body. Here's some suggestive snacks for you:

1. Fresh and Dried Fruit
Is an excellent idea to have fresh fruits as a goodies on the trip. Apples, bananas (better to chill it first), and grapes were a good choice, better to cut it into easy to eat bite size. Some dried fruits are also good such as raisins and prunes.

2. Nuts
This is a common snacks while traveling, any type (almonds, walnuts or cashews) of it are a good choice to keep your energy high than eating junk foods.

3. Sandwiches
This is a healthy and great choice of snack, whether with peanut butter, string cheese or fresh veggies. Better to have a wheat bread for your sandwich than any usual bread.

4. Cookies
Choose a cookie with oatmeal, fruits or nuts on your trip. The fiber makes them filling and satisfying.

A Healthy Snacks for A Busy You







Working 8 hours a day is really tiring, lots of work load , heavy stress, dealing with clients, deadline to meet and a lot more. Facing with this kind of pressure is really burden so you need something that will boost you in able to prevent this disturbing feeling and that is by eating a snacks at your desks. This will give you a feeling of relaxation and a therapy as well. Here's a few recommended examples of a healthy snacking:

Nuts
Nuts is known to be high in calories and fat, though a handful of it will be enough for you to keep you satisfied. They are power foods in that they also provide healthy fats along with some fiber.

Fruits
Fruits is a very healthy snacks that you can have, it can be bananas, oranges, or even grapes and of course apples which is healthy in carbs and protein.

Crackers and Peanut Butter
This is a great combo! Crackers helps you to curb your appetite, and filing it with a peanut butter is a nice idea.

Yogurt
Yogurt comes with many flavors, but it is recommended to have a lower sugar plain yogurt combined with fruits (anything of your choice). This is rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.
