Have you ever thought that girls also love to eat, and would be very impress if they knew that you have cooked for them? Especially this month, which is a love month, this is a very perfect opportunity for you.

Instead of bringing your love ones to a classy, elegant and romantic places yet expensive why don't you invite your girl to a private dinner date and cook personally, is it more fantastic and more idealistic?

Preparing this kind of date, you might first want to assess your relationship. Through this, you've been giving the chance to decide what kind of meal to do. Early in a relationship, it may be nice to stick with simple dishes though something still special.

It will be good also to know what your girlfriend likes to eat. This need some advance preparation - you should able to remember some things that she had mentioned before about the foods that she used to love though not able or dont know how to make it.

Quick 'N Easy Meal for the Day

Have you ever had problems in preparing your meal for the day? Busy schedule and lack of time to cook and do the all the preparation for it? Here's a short list of recipes in which you can use for each meal:

Breakfast
Pancake - this is one of the easy meal for breakfast, healthy as well, so this will be right for someone whose always in a hurry. Here's an easy way to create one:

* a cup of whole wheat flour
* baking powder
* salt
* milk or soymilk
* oil

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Bake on hot griddle or frying pan with the butter or an ordinary oil. Makes 8 four inch pancakes. Can be easily doubled or tripled. Try adding some sweetener like honey or any additives that suites your taste.

Lunch
Lunch is the most appropriate time to eat heavy meal than any time of the day. You need more energy to spend with any activities you have for the day. Here's a recipe for a healthy fried rice that can satisfied your tummy ^^...

* eggs
* garlic and onion
* vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, mushroom, baby corn)
* cooked rice
* chili sauce

Saute the garlic and onion and the vegetables of your choice in an oil. If all were already cooked, mix soy sauce and chili sauce together and then stir through rice mixture. Serve the sliced egg roll.
